Anthony R. Ianniello is a partner at Ianniello Anderson, P.C., with more than 50 years of experience in the private practice of law. Specializing in real estate law, Mr. Ianniello works extensively with both commercial clients and lending institutions. He is particularly focused on land use, zoning, and real estate transactions, offering expertise in navigating complex legal and regulatory matters. His work spans a variety of industries, including residential, commercial, and industrial developments across upstate New York and the Hudson Valley and Mohawk Valley regions.
Throughout his career, Mr. Ianniello has represented clients in significant real estate projects, serving as settlement agent and closing attorney for over 30 lending institutions in the area. He and his firm are well-versed in handling complex land use and zoning matters, regularly appearing before boards throughout the Capital District.
