Daniel B. Wade specializes in real estate, title law, and LLC formations. Prior to joining Ianniello Anderson, Mr. Wade developed extensive experience in real estate transactions, working with individuals, families, and businesses to ensure smooth property acquisitions and LLC formations. Over the years, he has built a strong reputation for providing knowledgeable, efficient, and client-centered legal services. His deep understanding of real estate and title law together with his attention to detail make him a trusted advisor for clients in the region. Whether guiding a first-time homebuyer through a real estate transaction or advising a business on the formation of a limited liability company, Mr. Wade tailors his approach to fit each client's specific needs.
Mr. Wade is especially passionate about helping his clients achieve their dreams of homeownership. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Wade is actively involved in his community and the local legal profession. From 2014 to 2016, he served as President of the Hudson Valley Bankruptcy Bar Association, where he remains an active member. Mr. Wade is also dedicated to giving back to the community, serving on the Community Outreach Committee and as a Director on the Board of Southern Adirondack Realtors, Inc., and as President of the Board of Trustees for the World Awareness Children’s Museum in Glens Falls.
