Marc R. Pallozzi is a seasoned attorney with a concentration in DWI and criminal defense, vehicle and traffic law, and civil litigation. With a strong background in both prosecution and defense, Mr. Pallozzi is known for his meticulous approach to legal challenges and his ability to effectively represent clients in high-stakes cases.
Prior to joining Ianniello Anderson, P.C., Mr. Pallozzi served as the Bureau Chief of Vehicular Crimes in the Rensselaer County District Attorney’s Office, where he oversaw the prosecution of serious vehicular offenses, including DWI cases. In addition to his work in vehicular crimes, Mr. Pallozzi prosecuted a variety of other serious offenses, such as robberies, burglaries, and homicides. His extensive experience as a prosecutor has given him a deep understanding of criminal law and courtroom strategy, which he now uses to provide effective defense for his clients.
A lifelong resident of Rensselaer County, Mr. Pallozzi is dedicated to serving the community that shaped him. He is particularly passionate about helping individuals navigate the complexities of criminal law and traffic violations. Mr. Pallozzi’s client-centered approach is grounded in his belief that each case deserves personal attention and tailored strategies. He values the opportunity to advocate for his clients and help them achieve the best possible outcomes, whether through negotiation or trial. His commitment to justice is evident in both his legal practice and his community involvement.
At the University at Albany, Mr. Pallozzi was a standout athlete, earning First Team All-American honors twice in the javelin throw while competing on the Football and Track & Field teams. In law school he served as Executive President of the Student Bar Association Senate, Executive Editor of the Law Review, and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers for his excellence in oral advocacy.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Pallozzi is actively involved in his community. He currently serves as President of the Knickerbacker Park Board of Directors and is a member of the Troy Zoning Board of Appeals. Mr. Pallozzi also supports several local organizations, including the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society, the Lansingburgh Boys & Girls Club, and is a dedicated patron of the arts, contributing to both the Saratoga Performing Arts Center and Proctors Theatre in Schenectady.
