Daniel B. Wade has been practicing law since 2004, specializing in real estate, title law, and LLC formations. He is dedicated to providing a client-focused approach to the practice of real estate law in the Adirondack Region/North Country. Prior to joining Ianniello Anderson, Mr. Wade developed extensive experience in real estate transactions, working with individuals, families, and businesses to ensure smooth property acquisitions and LLC formations. Over the years, he has built a strong reputation for providing knowledgeable, efficient, and client-centered legal services. His deep understanding of real estate and title law together with his attention to detail make him a trusted advisor for clients in the region. Whether guiding a first-time homebuyer through a real estate transaction or advising a business on the formation of a limited liability company, Mr. Wade tailors his approach to fit each client’s specific needs.
Mr. Wade is especially passionate about helping his clients achieve their dreams of homeownership. Mr. Wade received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the State University of New York, College at Geneseo in 1999. He earned his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School in 2003. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and in several Federal Courts, including the Northern District of New York, Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, and Western District of New York.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Wade is actively involved in his community and the local legal profession. He is a member of the Warren County Bar Association, Washington County Bar Association, Saratoga County Bar Association, and the Capital Region Bankruptcy Bar Association. From 2014 to 2016, he served as President of the Hudson Valley Bankruptcy Bar Association, where he remains an active member. Mr. Wade is also dedicated to giving back to the community, serving on the Community Outreach Committee and as a Director on the Board of Southern Adirondack Realtors, Inc., and as President of the Board of Trustees for the World Awareness Children’s Museum in Glens Falls.
