Jennifer L. Taylor is an experienced attorney with over 30 years of practice in Banking Law, Real Estate Law, and Estate Planning and Administration. She is admitted to practice in the New York State Bar and the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. Prior to joining Ianniello Anderson, Ms. Taylor gained valuable experience serving as Planning Board Attorney for the Town of Princetown, where she provided legal counsel on land use, zoning, and property development matters. Over the years, she has worked with financial institutions and mortgage lenders, advising them on banking regulations, real estate law, and closing procedures. In addition to her extensive practice in real estate, Ms. Taylor has also helped countless individuals navigate the complexities of estate planning and administration, ensuring that their assets are protected and their wishes carried out.

Ms. Taylor graduated from the State University of New York at Albany in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Business. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor Cum Laude from Vermont Law School in 1993, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of The Forum, the school’s legal journal. During her time at law school, Ms. Taylor honed her leadership and legal writing skills, which have played a key role in her successful legal career.
Ms. Taylor is an active member of the New York State Bar Association, the Rensselaer County Bar Association, the Women’s Council of Realtors, and the Mortgage Bankers Association of Northeastern New York.
