Zoning and Land Use- We regularly advise clients on a wide variety of land use, zoning, permitting and governmental affairs matters. We are local, so we know what will work and what won’t work in different municipalities, and we don’t waste our clients’ time and money on schemes that are destined to fail. When necessary, we also aggressively litigate land use matters.
Construction and Development- Our team has drafted construction-related documents for stand-alone projects and multi-stage, multi-location ventures. We are always up for the challenge of working with our client’s entire team – from architects and engineers, to design consultants, construction managers, general contractors, and project managers – to make sure the legal aspects of a project are not holding it back.
Leasing and Selling- Our lawyers are business-minded, so we know that getting money back out of a property is the key to success in the commercial real estate business. We move quickly but cautiously when our clients call on us to make a deal happen.
